Banana Cake

 

Ingredients

 

Sugar - 1 tbsp. spoon
Flour - 200 grams
Soda - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/3 teaspoon
Eggs - 2 pieces
Oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
Milk - 500 grams
Condensed milk bank - 1 Each
Nuts - 100 grams
Bananas - 3 pieces

 

Directions

 

First of all we preparing pancakes. In a bowl break an egg, add sugar, salt, and then whisk. Now add milk and oil, mix well. Add the flour with baking powder and whisk whisk. Warm up a little oil in a pan, pour one ladle of dough and throughout the pan evenly distributed. When the surface of the pancake become matted and appear on top of bubbles, flip the pancake and fry the other side for about ten seconds.
During frying pancakes occasionally pour oil, so the pancakes will not stick to the pan. Now prepare the filling. Clear the nuts in a blender (not much) grind. Clean up the banana and cut it in thin slices.
Begins to form a cake. Apply a thin layer of condensed milk on pancake, then spread on a banana slices, sprinkle with chopped nuts. Cover with second pancake on top, and continue the repetitive actions.
Top of cake decorating to taste, chocolate, berries and icing. 
Note: better to put cake in the refrigerator for an hour.
