Baked Potatoes with Garlic & Herbs

Ingredients

 

Potatoes 
Garlic 3 cloves
Olive oil 
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Parsley or rosemary 
Butter or sour feed

 

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees. Wash and dry potatoes.
2. Put the potatoes on wooden sticks and a sharp knife cut without cutting it to the end.
3. Put the prepared potatoes on a baking paper. Every potatoes sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of olive oil.
4. Garlic with herbs pass through the press and mix with the rest of the oil.
5. Spread the one "fur" potatoes and paste a bit of filling. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Bake for 40-45 minutes until crisp. Serve with butter, sour cream, grated parmesan cheese or any other topping to choose from.
