Baked Potatoes

Running out of supplies but still want to please yourself with a tasty dish? 

Ingredients: 


Potatoes
Salt + pepper
Cottage cheese
Garlic

 

 

Directions: 


Rinse potatoes and cover them in an aluminium foil.
Add little bit of salt and pepper and a few drops of olive oil.
Bake about 50 minutes to 190°.


Meanwhile prepare the dip: 


Mix cottage cheese with chopped garlic, salt and pepper and leave in a fridge for a while. 

 

 

Once potatoes are ready, cut them in half and add the dip.
For different variations you can add bacon, cheese or butter.
