Fruit & Oats

 

This simple fruit and oatmeal breakfast will fill you up while giving you enough energy for the busy day ahead.

 

Ingredients:

 

1/2 Apple

A handful of almonds

A handful of dried cranberries

1/2 cup of oatmeal

2 tablespoons of yogurt

 

Directions:

 

Place yogurt in a bowl

Cut up half of the apple into bite size chunks and place into the bowl

Pour oatmeal, cranberries and almonds into bowl.

Mix well

 

Enjoy!
